Hamilton Estate is nestled under wooded hillsides on the Caribbean west coast of Antigua, a fifteen-minute drive to the capital St John's and twenty-minutes from the airport. Jolly Beach is just a few hundred yards away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees and with a backdrop of scenic hills and peaks.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with swimming pool, tennis courts, and a squash court cater for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. The Grand Princess Casino has its own bars, nightclub and spa roof terrace and features regular live shows. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.

Each of the three villas and four apartments enjoys views towards Jolly Harbour and the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea to the front and forested hills to the side and rear. The gardens are landscaped with ground cover and a selection of exotic tropical trees and flora. The veranda of each villa and apartment takes full advantage of the commanding views of the gorgeous tropical sunsets and the cooling trade winds that provide natural air-conditioning.

Great Beaches
Many of the island's most picturesque and popular beaches are just a short trip from our villas. Apart from Jolly Beach itself, highly recommended are Ffryes Beach, Darkwood Beach and Turners Beach.

Superb Tastes
There is an abundance of excellent restaurants within the Jolly Harbour area and dozens more dotted around the island. You'll find a wide choice of French, English, Italian, Indian and Caribbean cuisines, and delicious seafood specialities are excellent value. Local favourites include OJ's, Castaways, and for that special night out, Sheer at CocoResort.

Golf
The Jolly Harbour Golf Club has an 18 hole par 71, 6001 yards course. Facilities include a driving range, clubhouse with restaurant, bar, pro shop and club rental. The Cedar Valley Golf Club is north-east of St John's and has an 18 hole par 69, 5932 yards course. Clubs and carts are for hire.

Take to the Sky in a Helicopter
You can see just about all of Antigua's coastline from deserted offshore islands to the downtown cruise-ship port and from busy Dickenson Bay to pristine and rugged Half-moon Bay. Visit Montserrat and get closer to an active volcano than is possible any other way, then see the charred remains of its now deserted capital city.

Get on to the Water
