Whilst
owners are entirely free to make their own private arrangements for
rental income, Jolly Villas can provide a regular source of rental return
during the weeks their apartment is vacant. Our minimum expectation
is to obtain 20 weeks bookings each year, but with Antigua becoming
evermore a year-round holiday destination this could realistically be
exceeded.
The
illustration below shows the expected income based on 20 weeks bookings.
The Annual Costs include the Community and Property Management charges.
The Weekly Rental Costs for utilities, greeting of guests and airport
pick-up and drop-off, maid and laundry service at the beginning and
end of the booking will be about US$250. The Rental Commission is 20%
of the rental value.

them arrange flights, meeting and greeting them at the airport, providing
them with a welcome pack on arrival including a well-deserved rum punch,
and 24/7 local customer service should they experience any concerns
during their stay. We can arrange their car hire, any excursions they
may be tempted by and, of course, get them on to the water.
