Palm Breeze is a stunning, recently renovated upper floor apartment with lovely views, close to Jolly Harbour and Jolly Beach. The living area of the apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and plenty of space for comfortable living in the lounge.  The living area has recently been upgraded with fast internet, a new Samsung 42″ smart TV where guests can log onto their own accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, You Tube, Disney+, etc; and a JBL bluetooth speaker so our guests can play their own music wirelessly.  The living area opens on to a west facing, private covered spacious veranda enjoying lovely views of nearby lush hillsides, distant offshore islands and spectacular panoramic sunset views to the front, plus pool and garden views to the side. The joy of outside living is further facilitated by new designer Italian furniture and an electric George Forman BBQ.  Throughout the apartment there is a feeling of space, light and air from the vaulted ceilings and stylish neutral decor. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout and full insect mesh on all the windows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and direct access to the veranda. There is a second lovely twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and another full shower room. There is a cot and highchair for little ones.

Our address is 1 Hamilton House, Hamilton Estate, which is on a private road of 3 villas, and this house of 4 apartments at the back.  Our location is almost opposite the entrance to Jolly Harbour.  The beauty of the location is that you do not need a car because Jolly Harbour is a leisurely 7-minute stroll down a quiet lane and it contains a very well-equipped supermarket and an impressive range of shops and good quality restaurants.  You go through Jolly Harbour to get to Jolly Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with calm turquoise waters and soft powdery sand.  At Jolly Beach you can get involved in all sorts of water sports and excursions, or simply find a quiet spot at the end of the beach.  Valley Church Beach is also walking distance and is a bit more laid back and popular with the locals.  If you do decide to hire a car (which we can help you with) there are lots of amazing local attractions a few minutes drive away such as Swash Water Park at Darkwood Beach and Sheer Rocks restaurant & bar at Cocobay Resort.

This apartment has just been renovated to a high standard with considerable investment from the owners in March 2021.
