Copperwood is a new build villa and can be built on Plot 2 or Plot 3 at The Palms.
Option One is a two bedroom home with covered living space of 2039 square feet in size. The veranda, pool and deck are an additional 848 square feet. The cost price of construction of the villa is US$330,000.
Option Two is a three bedroom version of 2373 square feet and will cost US$380,000 to build.
Construction time on site is approximately 18 weeks.
The prices include the land, but exclude estate infrastructure and connection to utilities. These will add an additional US$275,000.
